ORDER and REFUND POLICY:
We may be available for rush orders, feel free to ask.
A great deal of care is taken when packing and shipping your cookies. We spend a lot of time creating them, and the last thing we want is for them to break!
Each cookie will be placed individually in a clear cellophane bag and tied with a coordinating ribbon and then wrapped in bubble wrap.
We will send you tracking information once your cookies have shipped to the email address provided at the time you place your order.
We ship cookies 5 days prior to their due date. Why? Because the carriers have gotten really slow and we want to make sure your cookies make it on time! If you place a "last minute" order, we'll ship 3 days prior.
Store cookies in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration necessary. Cookies are excellent in their original packaging for 2 weeks. You can freeze for up to 3 months.
Once the cookies leave our kitchen, we cannot be responsible for how the box is treated. All sales are final and we are not responsible for breakage. NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS. We are reasonable people though, and will do our best to make it right, so please let us know if something goes wrong. We will remedy at our own discretion.
