How does it work? It’s really simple (like all good inspiration!), each month we will send you a carefully curated box that includes 8-12 delicious vegan treats baked quite literally the day your box ships. Sign up easily and cancel anytime!
What will be in my box? Each month we choose a different batch of items to create and we never know what those are going to be until they happen. Lots of inspiration comes from soul/comfort food, fun twists on classics, and flavor combos you might not have considered before.
Can I send a box as a gift? Absolutely! Food is such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whomever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.
When will I get my box? When you order the monthly subscription, we will bill you on the 1st and ship your first box on the 17th of each month.
What if I want a previous month’s box? Once the previous month’s boxes have shipped to current subscribers, they will become a distant delicious memory. No box will ever be the same.
How often/when will I be billed? When you order the monthly subscription, you will be billed $5 when you first place your order, then again on the 1st of each month ($45).
How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address? You can contact us by email, or you can update those in the My Account section under Subscriptions. Click Manage and edit the details you need to accordingly.
My Box arrived damaged, or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do? We’re so sorry! Contact us by email and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away!
I have allergies, how do I know what's in the box?
Allergens: Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, or wheat. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
Allergen Facilities: Our facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised and consumer at their own risk.
Nutrient Analysis: Customers are advised that all ingredient information posted on each item may vary due to selected items. The information provided is approximate and intended to be used as a guide only.
How do I cancel my subscription? We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’re happy to help you get your subscription cancelled. Contact us by email or Go to My Account and click on Subscriptions and then Manage. Then at the bottom of that window toward the right you'll see Subscription Settings. You'll be able to pause or cancel your Subscription there.
Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for. Boxes are billed on the 1st of each month.
